Refund Policy

Consultation Fee
The consultation fee covers reserved strategy time, preparation, and the live call session. Once the consultation is delivered, this fee is non-refundable.
Consultation Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours before your session. We will move your booking to a new available slot at no extra cost.
Project Deposits
Project deposits reserve production capacity and kickoff planning. Deposits are generally non-refundable once project work has started, unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
Milestone Payments
Milestone invoices correspond to completed work phases. Payments for approved and delivered milestones are non-refundable.
Quality and Resolution
If any delivery does not match the agreed scope, we will first work with you to resolve the issue through revision and correction before considering any refund request.
